Responsibilities
- Conduct a high volume of phone calls responding to applicants, screen, interview and recommend them to our hiring managers to be considered for the opportunity
- Provide the opportunity for applicants to gain their independence and land their dream job!
- Working applicant pipeline in ATS to place 4-5 candidates weekly
- This is a fast paced, high activity recruiting cycle with a solid base pay and potential for uncapped monthly bonuses based on individual performance
Must Haves
- High school diploma
- 1 years in a Sourcing, High Volume Recruiting or Sales Position
- Experience in an outbound call center is a plus
- Incredibly confident and strong on the phones, must be persuasive and engaging to capture someone's attention in 15 seconds (alpha personalities!)
- Cannot be meek, shy, quiet or timid at all!
- Must be coachable with dependable with a strong work ethic!
