What are the responsibilities and job description for the Admin Support - Ambulatory Float Team (Northwest Region) position at UCLA Health Careers?
In this role, you will deliver administrative and patient care assistance across various ambulatory practices. Your responsibilities will include facilitating patient flow within the clinic, from registration to discharge, and collaborating with the Ambulatory Care clinic team to ensure efficient outpatient operations that enhance patient satisfaction. Additionally, you will provide support to different teams and practices to cover for staff absences due to illness, holidays, or leave.
This position requires a Team Assistant who is flexible, enthusiastic, and proactive. You will be expected to travel to all UCLA Community practices throughout the Northwest Region, including but not limited to Santa Clarita, Porter Ranch, Thousand Oaks, Burbank, and Pasadena, will require you to be physically present at the job site. Workdays and hours may vary based on assignments, and you must be capable of responding rapidly to urgent situations in a dynamic environment.
Salary range: $25.60 - $25.60 Hourly
