The Image Library Assistant Admin Assistant III assist the Custodian of Records & Image Quality Assurance, and is responsible for (but not limited to) performing some Legal Desk duties in addition to complex Digital Librarian computer job duties. The Admin Assistant III t demonstrates complex and advanced IDX Quality Assurance and GE Centricity Image Quality Assurance competencies, following HIPAA guidelines and documentation. The Admin Assistant III is responsible for all revenues collected by subordinate staff for image duplication, subpoena, and clerical fees. The Admin assistant III as requested, functions as the Image Librarian with a high degree of independence. Special projects to be assigned.
