DescriptionThis leadership position will serve as the Administrative Supervisor of Olive View-UCLA Medical Center and is responsible for comprehensive management and strategic oversight of the Medical School Affiliation Agreement (MSAA) between the County of Los Angeles and the University of California, Los Angeles David Geffen School of Medicine (DGSOM), influencing long-term academic, financial, and operational planning for the Olive View-UCLA Medical Center and its clinical departments.
The position supervises a team of 9 career and 5 limited staff members, leading cross-functional teams in finance, administration, human resources, and clinical operations to ensure cohesive execution of the MSAA's objectives and alignment with institutional priorities. The Administrative Supervisor actively partners and builds relationships with Department Chairs and Administrators across Olive View Medical Center’s 14 clinical departments, providing direction and fostering a culture of accountability, professional development, and continuous improvement.
The Administrative Supervisor will ensure that team performance aligns with institutional goals and compliance requirements and will actively collaborate with senior leadership across organizations between County, University, and Campus to identify opportunities for growth, improvement, and optimization of the teaching objective at Olive View- UCLA Medical Center.
Salary Range: $83,800 – 179,400 Annually
