The Ambulatory IV Room Pharmacy Technician-PM Shift will be responsible for the preparation, distribution, and control of sterile injectable medications. Roles and responsibilities include chemotherapy and non-chemotherapy sterile compounding, record keeping (refrigerator temperature logs and hood cleaning), drug distribution and maintaining inventory. All duties are performed independently by the technician under the supervision of a Pharmacist.
Schedule: Varied hours, depending on department needs, including weekends and holidays
Hourly Salary Range: $26.55 – $38.13 (Union represented, step based salary depending on years of experience)
Bargaining Unit: EX - AFSCME
Pharmacy Technician I (9283): Less than 2 years of experience
Pharmacy Technician II (9282): Equal to or more than 2 years of experience
Salary : $1,000 - $1,000,000
