Description
Working in the Department of Ophthalmology, you will provide professional optometric services in the Cataract and Refractive Surgery Division in Westwood. You will manage the optical and medical care of patients to the fullest extent allowed by optometric licensing. Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Perform optometric exams and imaging
- Diagnose, treat, and manage diseases and disorders
- Record all examination findings and recommendations
- Provide patient education, answer questions, and issue resources
- Evaluate and write prescriptions for glasses and contacts
- Participate in the identification and recruitment of patients who are eligible for participation in clinical trials
- Code and bill for examinations
Salary Range: $85,900-128,900 Annually
Salary : $1,000 - $1,000,000
