Description
In this role, you will serve as the Lead Patient Navigator in the assigned Hematology-Oncology clinics working to optimize the patient experience by assuring smooth patient flow, minimal wait times, and overall patient satisfaction. The incumbent is expected to use in-depth knowledge of UCLA Health’s processes and resources to creatively and effectively facilitate patient care and the overall patient experience. The incumbent also will act as a customer service advocate within all aspects of patient care working in a team setting that provides communication support to patients and their families, physicians, and clinic staff.
Salary range: $32.98/hr - $45.40/hr
