At UCLA Health, our respiratory therapists deliver comprehensive breathing care to people at every stage of life. We offer advanced evaluation, treatment, and prevention of breathing problems. Our specialists ensure you have the best possible respiratory care, typically during critical illness, heart disease, or pulmonary (lung) disease.
As a member of our Respiratory Therapy team, you'll engage in both routine and complex procedures for adults, children, and infants in critical care settings, including the Emergency Department and intensive care units throughout our Health System. Flexibility is key, as you may rotate between different areas and shifts. Supervision will be conducted by the Clinical Shift Supervisor or the relief Clinical Shift Supervisor (based at Westwood, with assistance from the Area Clinical Specialist), or the NICU Clinical Supervisor (exclusive to SMH), operating under general oversight.
The Pay Rate is $61.98 / hour. This position may convert to a career.
