The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our research endeavors, focusing on molecular biology experiments and cell culture work to evaluate the drug metabolism and pharmacokinetic properties of lead compounds in vitro. Responsibilities include maintaining lab inventory, ensuring cleanliness, and managing regulatory approvals. Key duties involve conducting molecular biology techniques such as PCR, RT-PCR, Western Blot, and cloning, as well as biochemistry and cell culture procedures. Additionally, in this role, you will assist in in vitro drug screening studies encompassing purified kinase, proliferation, and other DMPK investigations. Proficiency with basic laboratory equipment, including centrifuges, pH meters, incubators, biosafety cabinet hoods, PCR machines, and electrophoresis apparatus, is required.
