DescriptionUnder the supervision of the Principal Investigator (PI), the Staff Research Associate II (SRA II) will independently work on and initiate projects that relate to basic/translational neuro-immunology and brain tumor immunotherapy. This will include surgeries on rodent brain tumor models, drug administration, blood sampling and genotyping. They will also utilize a variety of molecular and biochemical techniques including western blotting, multiplexing, ELISAs and immunohistochemistry, as well as next generation sequencing analysis. They will also be responsible for the supervision and training of laboratory assistants and students, and participation in lab maintenance. This is a 100% career position with the opportunity for advancement and promotion within the series rank.
Salary Range: $28.88 - $46.46/Hourly
