Under the direction of the Director of Volunteers, you will manage UCLA Health’s Student Volunteer Program and Mattel Youth Ambassadors, overseeing over 300 volunteers. Responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, placement, and evaluation, as well as developing program goals, fostering growth, and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will maintain volunteer records, update policies, and create innovative initiatives aligned with the organization’s mission. Additionally you will facilitate leadership meetings and ensure clear communication with volunteers and staff.
Salary Range: $59,100-114,300 per year
