What are the responsibilities and job description for the Workers Compensation Analyst position at UCLA Health Careers?
Our Workers Compensation Analyst will be responsible for the Workers' Compensation benefits for injured employees. In partnership with the unit supervisor, you will manage an assigned caseload of routine to moderately complex claims from the investigation of the claim through resolution; this includes making decisions about liability/compensability, evaluating losses, and negotiating settlements. In collaboration with the Manager-LOA/WDCM, you will effectively deliver UCLA Health’s Disability Management program by providing direction and expertise in complying with state and federal and statutory law, facilitating the interactive process.
Annual Salary: $83,800 to $179,400 Annually
