LOCATION : UCLA Health West Valley Medical Center (7300 Medical Center Dr. West Hills, CA 91307)
REQUIRED :
Active CA RN license
AHA BLS
2 years clinical hospital RN experience
2 years hospital case management experience (discharge planning and UR)
Knowledge of Interqual is a plus
Shift : 0800 to 1630 (30 min lunch); shift days : Monday thru Friday (8 hour shift x 5 days). No call requirements.
Additional details : No scrubs are required. Business casual dress attire.
