CSW 2 Salary range : $47.79 - $57.09 HourlyCSW 3 Salary range : $51.94 - $62.08 Hourly \n Qualifications We're seeking a compassionate, diligent Clinical Social Worker II or III with : \n\nMaster's degree in social work or social welfare\nCA Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or license eligible\nBasic Life Support (BLS) certification\nExcellent communication, relationship building and problem-solving skills\nExpertise with psychosocial assessments, clinical interventions, and treatment planning\nKnowledge of Child Abuse, Elder and Dependent Adult Abuse, Neglect and Domestic Violence treatment, interventions, and reporting protocols.\nCommitment to principles of patient and family centered care, and an understanding of cultural differences and diversity.\nAbility to work effectively with interdisciplinary teams\nWillingness to participate in at least one area of specialized practice annually\nComputer proficiency\n\n \nPost-masters social work experience in a healthcare setting and pediatric experience is highly preferred.
