To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, be able to read and write, and follow oral and written instructions. You should also be physically fit, able to work in standing position for a long period of time, stretch, stoop, bend, climb, and reach repetitively. Additionally, you will need to be able to work in hot, cold and/or wet areas; lift 40 lbs and push/pull 350 lbs.

- Maintain clean and safe working environment.
- Perform variety of duties including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, stripping and waxing floors, washing walls, doors, windows, light fixtures, and discarding trash in waste bins.
- Ensure all trash containers and linen hampers are clean, sanitized and properly lined.
- Wash and steam rubber floor mats.
- Report any equipment malfunctions to supervisor on duty.
