Description
In this role, you will provide general support to the staff, physicians, and patients of the Oncology Clinic. Transport clinical laboratory samples between clinic suites and the on-site laboratory. Provide clerical assistance by scanning forms as well as sorting and distributing mail.
Salary range: $22.85/hr - $32.03/hr
Qualifications
Required:
- Typing skills to enter data, prepare forms and correspondence with speed and accuracy.
- Ability to follow proper channels of policies & procedures, communication & work standards.
- Skill to organize tasks to facilitate smooth work/patient flow.
- Ability to work overtime in cases of emergency.
- Ability to walk between and within office suites throughout the day.
- Demonstrated ability to be punctual and maintain a satisfactory attendance record.
- Skill in maintaining a harmonious work atmosphere, working in a team environment, and practicing excellent customer service.
- Skill in speaking clearly and using proper grammar.
- Skill in alphabetizing and filing.
Preferred:
- Knowledge to navigate the patient appointments and encounter system using CareConnect.
