Description
The HIMS PRAII provides support in gathering, scanning and indexing paper documentation and provides support in retention of paper medical records in storage.
Salary offers are determined based on various factors including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, and equity. The full salary range for this position is $30.03 - $39.63 hourly.
As a condition of employment, the final candidate who accepts a conditional offer of employment will be required to disclose if they have been subject to any final administrative or judicial decisions within the last seven years determining that they committed any misconduct; received notice of any allegations or are currently the subject of any administrative or disciplinary proceedings involving misconduct; have left a position after receiving notice of allegations or while under investigation in an administrative or disciplinary proceeding involving misconduct; or have filed an appeal of a finding of misconduct with a previous employer.
Qualifications
Ability to meticulously follow detailed direction and manage multiple priorities.
Strong and accurate keyboard / data entry skills required.
Excellent attention to detail required for prolonged stretches of time.
Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
Ability to work as a flexible team player in support of large projects.
Maintain accountability for work performance.
Strong oral and written communication skills with physicians, hospital staff and coworkers.
Good problem solving ability.
Knowledge of UCLA computer systems preferred.
High school diploma or GED certificate required.
