You will offer guidance to team members by supervising nursing interventions and assigning related tasks. You will also assess patient, family and staff learning needs, deliver appropriate clinical education and promote effective working relationships. This involves collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of dedicated professionals to develop and implement a care plan, including providing detailed care instructions.This position floats to various units within the hospital locations below based on the patient census and the skills of the RN / Staff :

- Job QualificationsPress space or enter keys to toggle section visibilityWe're seeking a highly-skilled, self-motivated nursing professional with :
- Current California RN license and relevant clinical nursing skills, required
- BSN or MSN, required
- Minimum 1 year PACU and 3 years ICU RN experience, required
- BLS from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association, required
- ACLS from the the American Heart Association, required
- PALS from the American Heart Association, required
- Travel or extensive critical care / PACU experience, preferred
- National Certification, preferred
- Skill in implementing appropriate nursing interventions on a consistent basis
- Ability to perform historical, physical and behavioral patient assessments
- Ability to develop and implement and evaluate patient care plan actively involving patients, family, and staffAs a condition of employment, the final candidate who accepts a conditional offer of employment will be required to disclose if they have been subject to any final administrative or judicial decisions within the last seven years determining that they committed any misconduct; received notice of any allegations or are currently the subject of any administrative or disciplinary proceedings involving misconduct; have left a position after receiving notice of allegations or while under investigation in an administrative or disciplinary proceeding involving misconduct; or have filed an appeal of a finding of misconduct with a previous employer.
