Qualifications
- Demonstrated skill in Word, Outlook, Excel, Google Docs and Windows operating systems, and experience in use of mainframe computer systems. (Required)
- Demonstrated skill in performing a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another, including constantly changing between computer use and face-to-face public interaction. (Required)
- Demonstrated ability to speak clearly and professionally on a one-to-one basis using appropriate vocabulary and grammar to obtain and relate information, and explain policies and scheduling procedures. (Required)
- Demonstrated skill in interacting with persons of various social, cultural, economic, and educational backgrounds. (Required)
- Demonstrated skill in interacting diplomatically with customers and the general public and the ability to maintain equanimity in the face of resistance, indifference or hostility. (Required)
- Demonstrated ability of knowing where to go within an organization for needed information and ability to judge what information should be passed on to different levels of management. (Required)
- Demonstrated ability to accept equivocal circumstances and take action where answers to a problem are not readily apparent. (Required)
- Demonstrated skill in performing under the stress of frequent interruptions and/or distractions. (Required)

- Detailed knowledge of University policies and procedures regarding the scheduling of classrooms for non-academic use. (Preferred)
- Working knowledge of event production and how campus events impact normal University services. (Preferred)
