UCM Residential Services is seeking two full time (32 hours a week), Second Shift, Direct Support Professionals
Starting hourly rate is $19 an hour, plus weekend differential of $2.00 an hour. Every other weekend is mandatory. Additional compensation for experience and education.

Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care and support to individuals.
- Assist with daily living activities (ADLs) such as eating, bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene.
- Teaching life skills: Helping individuals develop skills like communication, problem-solving, and decision-making.
- Following Individual Service Plans (ISP) and ensuring individuals receive the support they need.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for individuals.
- Being dependable: Showing up on time, when scheduled,
- Being reliable, so individuals can rely on you to advocate for them.
- Being observant: Noticing when something might be wrong with the individuals you are serving.
