NEEDED: RESIDENTIAL CLEANER
DUTIES: Part time. Under direct supervision of the Residential Operations Manager or their designee, the Residential Cleaner carries out specified tasks as indicated in the job description criteria and assignments by supervisor. The Residential Cleaner will respond to service requests as necessary. The Residential Cleaner will work across multipe resigential programs/buildings, including, but not limited to, residential work hours and the Women's and Children's residential program in Albion, NY.
Duties include removal of trash and recyclables from individuals offices, group/conference areas, replenishing bag(s) in trash cans, wipe out cans as necessary/monitor for cleanliness, wipe down/dust conference tables, chairs, window sills, door frames, book shelves, file cabinets, and other office equipment as needed. Clean bathrooms (toilets, sinks, etc.), vacuum and/or mor floors. Will maintain a working relationship with other employees at work sites, and clean/compete office duites/requests by supervisor. Cleaner will adhere to confidentiality guidelines and regulations of the agency. Employee will not access these materials as if does not related to job assignments.
Individuals mst be 18 year os age or older. A High School Diploma or its equivalent is strongly preferred. Prior expereicne in commercial and/or residential cleaning is preferred, but not necessary.
Valid NYS driver's license and method of transportatoin required. Must be addiction free, including tobacco. Pre employment background post offer drug screening rquired. CARD and NHSC accredited. EOE

Pay: $16.00 - $16.50 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
