- Pay Rate: Negotiable, based on experience
- Position Status: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

Responsibilities
Here’s what to expect as a Hiring Coordinator:
- Meet with the prospective Support Service Professional who has been referred by the Managing Employer in order to complete all new hire paperwork and processes, including required clearances.
- Track completion of training and orientation process.
- Ensure completion of all requirements prior to employee start date.
- Enter required information pertaining to the Support Service Professional employee into the billing database system.
- Develop and enhance partnerships with staff members, and/or participants for the completion of all duties and responsibilities of the position.
- As conflicts and/or complaints arise, evaluate various courses of action; ensuring the selection of resolutions that support both Agency operating standards and maintain the partnership with participants Provide input to short-term objectives of the functional area.
- Ensure that all required paperwork, processes, orientation steps, and training are completed for each Support Service Professional.
- Coordinate the Agency with Choice services in accordance with ODP regulations, county IDD unit requirements, and Agency policies.
Qualifications
Minimum requirements as a Hiring Coordinator:
- Bi-lingual preferred, not required
- High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Certificate required
- Associate’s Degree or technical certification within a related area preferred
- 6 months to 2 years of previous jobs related experience preferred
- A valid driver’s license
- Access to vehicle with valid insurance, registration, and inspection
- 18 years of age
- Ability to communicate, read, write, and interpret English
Preferred, but not required:
- Knowledge specific to the needs of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and/or autism
