What are the responsibilities and job description for the School Psychologist (Part-Time) position at UCP Madison County?
The School Psychologist (Part-Time) is responsible to develop and monitor behavior plans, consult with parents, complete evaluations, participate in team meetings, complete documentation, furnish data for psychiatric consults, develop and implement in-service training, educate treatment team members and participate in agency activities.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and monitor individual behavior plans and monitor three-month reviews.
- Consult with parents to implement plan and train parents as appropriate.
- Complete psychological and cognitive evaluations.
- Actively participate in interdisciplinary team meetings regarding behavior, evaluation and results.
- Complete all required documentation according to program regulations.
- Furnish data for individuals' psychiatric consults and provide counseling services as necessary.
- Develop and implement in-service training on behavior management to staff.
- Educate treatment team members about services or issues within the scope of behavior management
- Master's Degree in School Psychology
- A NYS School Psychologist Permanent Certificate.
- 1-3 years of related experience.
- Must have a valid NYS Driver's License
