FULL TIME ENTRY LEVEL HEALTHCARE OPPORTUNITIES!!
MONDAY TO FRIDAY- 8:30AM-4:30PM or 8:00AM-4:00PM
DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONALS
NO WEEKENDS!
- Assisting Adults with Developmental Disabilities in a Day Program setting (lifting, feeding and toileting required).
- Responsible for the implementation of individualized services in all day Program areas emphasizing community integration and in-house activities.
- Directs services to people for their physical needs which includes lifting and feeding and changing.
- Provides transportation and outings into the community in Agency vehicles including proper tie-downs of wheelchairs and lift operations (NYS Driver's License required).
- Responsible for documentation and reporting of information regarding attendance, daily logs and transportation information.
