What are the responsibilities and job description for the CONFIDENTIAL SECRETARY - PART TIME position at UCP of Long Island?

Our Residential Services department is currently seeking a part time administrative assistant to assist with a variety of responsibilities.
- Handles all telephone calls and related communications also filing, scheduling, reporting, for the Residential Services Department
- Provide administrative support including typing of confidential letters , memos and reports, including those containing financial, personnel and consumer information, investigations, grievances and arbitration.
- Distribution of all mail, inventories, record storage, record purging, receive and distribute petty cash and checks, maintain contents of safe, ordering supplies, requisitions, mileage reports, and distribution of materials/memos.
- Record keeping as assigned; Distribution of all Incident Reports serious, reportable, and non-reportable .
- Attends Residential Directors’ meetings as assigned and prepare minutes..
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED). 5 years minimum experience in secretarial/managerial services in office/business environment. Experience in administrative support activities with intermediate to advance knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
