You'll lead a talented IT team, manage critical projects, and implement impactful technology solutions—all while staying on budget and maintaining top-tier cybersecurity and service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- IT Strategy & Projects: Lead IT projects, collaborate with consulting partners, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Systems & Support: Troubleshoot tech issues, maintain network infrastructure, and work with the IT team to meet organizational goals.
- Optimization: Identify and implement technology improvements that align with departmental needs and budgets.
- Cybersecurity & Maintenance: Configure, monitor, and secure applications like Microsoft Active Directory, Office 365, and Microsoft Defender.
- Technology Upgrades: Assess emerging tech and recommend hardware/software upgrades to enhance operations.
- Multi-Site Support: Oversee networks, phone systems, vendor relationships, and contracts.
- Training: Equip staff with cybersecurity knowledge and ensure smooth adoption of IT tools and processes.
- Communication: Simplify complex IT concepts to ensure clarity for all stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide the IT team, fostering collaboration and exceptional customer service.
- Oversee daily IT operations while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and HIPAA standards.
- Inspire and coach IT staff to excel in their roles and achieve departmental goals.
What We’re Looking For :
- 8 years of hands-on IT experience in an enterprise setting.
- 2 years in team and project management roles.
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, cloud services, and Microsoft technologies.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Power Platform.
- Experience with Windows Server 2022, Active Directory, DNS, TCP/IP, disaster recovery, and Azure cloud solutions.
- Certifications: Microsoft and network certifications preferred.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
