Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team of direct care staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Oversee program activities and ensure they align with therapeutic goals and service plans.
- Provide direct care and support to members when needed, ensuring their needs are met.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff.
- Manage payroll, including mileage and stipends, and ensure compliance with funding requirements.
- Conduct monthly audits and implement necessary improvements to enhance service quality.
- Maintain strong relationships with families, providing them with timely information and resources.
- Coordinate social, recreational, and life skills activities that promote community integration.
- Attend and contribute to IEP and ISP meetings, advocating for members' needs.
- Develop partnerships with local businesses, civic organizations, and other service providers.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field plus three years’ experience in program management, case management, supervision, or equivalent experience or minimum of five years related experience with a related associate’s degree or minimum of six years related experience with a Certificate in Human Services or Direct Support or a minimum of seven years related experience.
- Knowledge of local community resources and UCP programming.
- Ability to maintain Adult/Pediatric CPR and First Aid certification.
- Ability to set up and maintain a home office.
- Flexible hours to meet the needs of members, including occasional evenings, weekends, and overnight travel.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment.
- Cultural competency.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Office 365 and remote applications such as Zoom.
- Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and availability of a private vehicle.
- Acceptable CORI, SORI, DPPC background checks, and national fingerprint checks.

Salary : $46,000 - $50,000
