Position Title : Electrician
Job Summary :
We are seeking a skilled electrician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment in a variety of settings, including residential, commercial, and industrial. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical theory and safety practices and the ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Install and maintain wiring, lighting fixtures, and electrical appliances in homes and buildings.
- Inspect and test electrical systems to ensure they are functioning safely and efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical problems, such as circuit overload or faulty wiring
- Repair and replace faulty electrical components and equipment, such as switches, transformers, and motors.
- Upgrade electrical systems to meet current safety codes and regulations.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as plumbers and HVAC technicians, to coordinate work on construction sites
- Keep up-to-date on the latest developments in electrical technology and safety practices
- Maintain accurate records of work performed.
