Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team at UCSF Health Saint Mary's Medical Center in San Francisco, California. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in an acute rehabilitation/IRF setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in acute rehabilitation/IRF settings, including assessment, diagnosis, prognosis, and intervention.
- Cross-cover as needed in acute rehabilitation/IRF settings, utilizing your expertise to provide optimal patient care.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs and goals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient progress and treatment plans.
Requirements
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
- Current CA PT License.
- Able to float to other UCSF facilities as needed.
- Preferred prior clinical experience in acute care hospitals and acute rehab/IRF patient care settings.
Schedule Information
10 hour days, Thursday through Sunday or Friday through Monday schedule.
