Job Summary
- The shift for this position is 10 : 45am-9 : 15pm, Monday-Thursday
The Senior Surgical Technologist functions in a specialty service, utilizes, and troubleshoots service implementation and equipment, and is a resource to the Surgical Technicians.
The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy.
Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement.
The salary range for this position is $48.32 - $60.17 (Hourly Rate).
Department Description
The Moffitt Long Operating Room (OR) consists of 28 surgical suites. Our primary focus is tertiary / quaternary surgical care using team based staffing. Our complex surgery uses the most advanced technology, including hybrid suites and robotic surgery. Services include but are not limited to : General Surgery, Urology, Transplant, Cardiac, Vascular, Thoracic, OHNS, OMFS, Plastics, Ophthalmology, Orthopedics, and Neurosurgery.
