UCX is currently seeking an Inbound Call Center Customer Service Representative in our Mansfield, MA location.

The customer service representative is responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers

Essential Job Functions include:

  • Maintain a professional and friendly phone manner while managing heavy volume of inbound and outbound calls
  • Enter new orders and track back orders
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Liaison between customers, sales team, warehouse and credit department
  • Strong attention to detail and follow up
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Handle customer concerns, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take on special projects when asked
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Computer literate
  • Self-motivated
  • 1-3 years of work experience
  • Call center experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
