UDig is seeking aspiring software and data consultants to join our team as interns in the summer of 2025. As an intern, you will explore new challenges, grow your technical skills, and deliver impactful business solutions through our paid internship program. From day one, you will be assigned a mentor who will help you settle in, share experiences, and provide guidance on your assigned projects. Past interns have delivered impactful solutions for UDig; while others have blended into client teams. Whether working with internal or external stakeholders, you will gain real experience interacting and working with clients as part of a team delivering solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Leverage your business acumen and technical skills to solution and build technical solutions that address client business challenges
- Participate in project standups and backlog grooming as part of blended team working with other interns, clients, and / or UDig teammates
- Collaborate with team members to design, code, test, and document software and data solutions
- Plan and participate in project demos and client check-ins on active client projects and / or internal UDig projects
- Be consultative by identifying risks and capability gaps, then offering solutions to address them
- Network with experienced UDig Consultants and leadership (virtually and / or in-person)
