Uebelhor Toyota is looking for a part-time Service Coordinator at our location in Jasper, IN. The Service Coordinator is responsible for scheduling appointments, developing new business, and delivering an enjoyable experience for our service customers. We’re looking for a long-term, career-minded individual who wants to find a home with our company.
Primary Responsibilities
-Answer inbound service calls and email inquiries
-Respond to customer requests for mechanical and maintenance needs
-Perform outbound follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction
-Perform outbound calls for maintenance retention from our database
-Provide a great customer experience
Job Requirements
-Outstanding customer service and communication skills
-Great attitude with high-energy personality
-Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
-Basic computer and office equipment skills
-Excellent time management skills
-Professional appearance and work ethic
-Automotive knowledge and experience is helpful but not required
-Bilingual is a plus (English/Spanish)
