Position Summary:
As an RF Test Technician I, you will utilize your skills and expertise to perform standard testing processes on various products and analyze the results. You will be responsible for conducting tests and fault isolation on systems and equipment to ensure compliance with product specifications. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with engineering teams and provide recommendations to resolve testing challenges, roadblocks, or equipment malfunctions that may impact performance or test validity.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Perform testing and troubleshooting electronic hardware and systems.
· Following test procedures and instructions to complete assigned tasks.
· Maintaining the organization, efficiency, and cleanliness of the production test floor.
· Coordinating with management to ensure that all test equipment is calibrated to meet test demands.
· Applying continuous process improvement principles to enhance cycle time, throughput, and overall efficiency in the production and testing areas.
· Effectively communicating questions, issues, and suggestions related to the work environment.
Required Qualifications:
· Proficiency in interpreting technical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, manuals, and publications.
· Familiarity with test concepts, techniques, and standard laboratory test equipment.
· Strong electronics troubleshooting skills.
· Commitment to maintaining a high degree of test integrity.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Associates degree or higher in a STEM field of study.
· Experience in RF testing and troubleshooting.
· Experience/ Certification with J-STD soldering
· Proficiency in using test equipment, including oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, RF signal generators, and power meters.
· Knowledge of measurement parameters such as Gain, Average and Peak Power, Adjacent Channel Power (ACP), and Efficiency, along with the ability to configure test equipment accordingly.
· Familiarity with 5S and Lean manufacturing practices.Position Summary:

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
