Inventory Assistant

Our Inventory Assistant will report to the Purchasing Agent and be responsible for receiving, cycle counts, inventory counts and keeping track of inventory levels. This is a day shift position, Monday - Friday 7:30am – 4:30pm.
What you will do:
- Maintains and monitors inventory levels and organization of supplies
- Manage monthly physical inventory counts and routine cycle counting, assisting with resolutions
- Ensure inventory discrepancies are identified, escalated and communicated to the Purchasing Agent
- Establish and manage inventory control procedures and best practices to manage the receipt, storage and distribution of inventory to meet day to day production targets
- Ensure supply locations are left in neat and orderly fashion.
