Chimney Works, LLC., a family-owned and operated commercial chimney installation company, is looking for an Installation Apprentice to join the team. Chimney Works, LLC is an industry leader, having served the Maryland, DC & Virginia area for over 10 years, and we are continuing to expand. We value dependable team players, exceptional quality of work, strong work ethic, and trusted subject matter experts. We are looking for an energetic, motivated person with knowledge of commercial construction or sheet metal industries who is willing to learn to accurately assemble prefabricated flue systems for the purpose of commercial chimney installations. We install boilers, generators, and grease ducts all over the DMV area. Growth is vital to our company, but not at the expense of our excellent customer service. What you'll do
- Delivery and Installation of commercial prefabricated chimney systems
- Demo and reconstruction of existing flue systems
- The rigging and hoisting of flue systems
- Create and maintain a safe working environment for the team
- Maintain adequate stock of materials and tools on company truck to complete jobs efficiently
- Possible travel to various cities with per diem
