What You’ll Be Doing:
- Expense Reports: Reconciling and processing employee expense reports efficiently and accurately.
- Timesheet Entry: Managing and entering timesheets to ensure accurate payroll and project tracking.
- Accounts Receivable: Handling accounts receivable tasks to ensure timely and accurate billing and collections.
- Billing Tasks: Performing various billing duties to support the company’s financial operations.
- Prevailing Wage Compliance: Ensuring familiarity and proficiency with prevailing wage regulations.
- General Accounting & Administrative Tasks: Assisting with general accounting duties and providing office administrative support as needed.
Who You Are:
- Time Management: You excel at managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented: Your meticulous nature ensures accuracy and thoroughness in all aspects of your work.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of accounting and/or invoicing experience.
- Excel Skills: Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel is a plus.
- Software Knowledge: Experience with Deltek Vision or VantagePoint is a plus but not required.
