Position Overview :
We are looking for highly skilled and experienced commercial divers with a background in nuclear facility maintenance and underwater construction. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of professional diving experience, including work in nuclear environments or similar high-stakes industries. Key Responsibilities :
- Perform underwater inspections, repairs, and installations, including traveling water screens, trash racks, and other critical infrastructure.
- Conduct high-pressure cleaning and preventative maintenance of nuclear power plant intake and cooling structures.
- Execute underwater welding, burning, dredging, and jetting tasks.
- Conduct video and photographic inspections, including potable water and sewage system diving.
- Operate and maintain air systems, compressors, umbilical’s, and other diving equipment.
- Perform non-destructive testing (NDE), coatings inspection, and job hazard analysis as required.
- Work in dark water, high-current, and confined-space environments, using hot water diving systems when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time, safely, and in compliance with all applicable standards.
