We need a purchase Manager who work with company management to determine company needs and then plan, direct and coordinate the purchasing and delivery of materials, products and services across a broad spectrum as necessary to the operation of a successful business.

We need a purchase Manager who work with company management to determine company needs and then plan, direct and coordinate the purchasing and delivery of materials, products and services across a broad spectrum as necessary to the operation of a successful business.
Responsibilities:
- Identify solutions for improvement in the organization through process analysis, determining areas of potential improvement in terms of efficiency, company effectiveness, and inflow/outflow of materials by developing appropriate solutions.
- Continually seek industry and provide the necessary information for successful business development in the shape of new items & vendors.
- Ensure quality, delivery budget and environmental objectives are met.
- Produce regular purchasing reports on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Evaluate vendors and conduct buy-out pricing.
- Consider the reactive cost and benefit of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one.
- Strong interpersonal skills in order to work in a diver, dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Help Supply Chain/Logistics Managers in locating and onboarding new suppliers.
- Forecast levels of demand for services and products.
- Conduct research to source the best products and suppliers in terms of best value, delivery schedules and quality.
- Develop strategies to make sure that cost savings and supplier performance targets are met - or exceeded.
- Place an order by proper Scanning Module as per SOP and PO should be made & available for Receiving department.
- Physically presence at time of receiving an order to make sure all the inventory which we have been ordered, is received or not.
- Maintaining Aging schedule of inventory.
- You are held responsible if warehouse faces shortage of inventory.
- Ability to make multiple products offering programs for Convenience Stores & Gas Stations.
- Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent.
- Give Preference to experience candidate having 2 to 4 years' experience in the Tobacco Industries, Convenience Stores & Gas Stations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrates a Positive Attitude and Resilience: Adapts positively to pressure, setbacks, challenges and change in order to achieve and sustain peak effectiveness.
