Full Time Position
Monday - Friday
8:00am-4:30pm
Performs renovations and new construction projects. Demolishes existing areas and prefabricates needed walls, doorways, cabinets, floors and ceilings.
Qualifications
Required Education: GED or High School Diploma
Required Experience: 3-5 years general carpentry, wood trim work, flooring and base, acoustical ceiling systems, drywall work, doors and hardware systems, auto doors, etc.
Preferred Experience: 5 years in a healthcare maintenance system.

- Ability to learn, navigate and work within the Facilities Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Ability to identify Life Safety deficiencies and make appropriate corrections.
- Must have common knowledge of working with power and hand tools.
- Must have knowledge and abide by general safety procedures and regulations.
- Must be able to respond to emergency calls after hours.
