Overview
Assists in delivering services to adults with Alzheimer's Disease or severe memory impairment in Model Day Care setting.
Must successfully pass an AHCA Level 2 screening for this position
Qualifications
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements : High School diploma or equivalent. Certified Nursing Assistant Certificate required; HHA certificate preferred. Minimum 2 years experience working with the elderly preferred; experience working with memory impairment patients preferred. Strong organizational skills, communication skills and ability to follow instructions required. Motor Vehicle Operator Designation : Employees in this position : Will operate vehicles for an assigned business purpose as a 'non-frequent driver' Licensure / Certification / Registration : Certified Nursing Assistant Certificate; current CPR Heartsaver card.
