Responsibilities
Under the direction of the unit Director and with the direct supervision of the Charge RN and/or staff RN, the Certified Nursing Assistant facilitates patient care through assistance with activities of daily living, provision of a clean, comfortable, and safe care environment. In addition, This CNA work is in the OR assisting the nurses and techs for pulling case carts, setting up OR's, then and after cases tear down and terminally cleaning. Assisting by obtaining beds for inpatients and transport of patients when needed.
This job is 4 - 10 hour shifts with one day off during Mon-Fri.
On-Call required: 1 weekend per month to assist the call team for urgent/emergent cases. This is a Full Time, Day Shift position.
Qualifications

- Post High School Special Training (preferred)
- High School Diploma/GED
- Licensure/Certification/Registration
- Valid FL CNA license
- BLS
- Special Skills/Qualifications/Additional Training/Experience Required
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
