Job Duties
Designs, develops, coordinates and conducts clerical training to improve the knowledge and work performance of the clerical staff who work in the clinics. Provides classroom-based and on-site education and training for staff at all levels of Ambulatory Care. Provides needs assessment, develops high quality course curriculum in response to organizational needs and work-flow updates.
Responsibilities
Essential Functions
• Provides classroom-based and on-site education and training for staff at all levels of Ambulatory Care. Provides needs assessment, develops high quality course curriculum in response to organizational needs and work-flow updates.
• Collaborates and serves as a liaison to other departments, which may include, but are not limited to, the Business Group, Epic Team, and Patient Support Services, for workflow and process improvement.
• Participates in the development, revision, and implementation of front office policies.
• Adds, develops, and implements training classes and/or educational notices as needed to include annual online
refresher training.
• Conducts training programs independently and evaluates the effectiveness of the program.
• Provides a standard of excellence as it relates to customer service for patients, staff members, and other customers.
• Provides review, observations, and training to ambulatory clinics for process improvements in areas of clerical
operations.
• Provide support to clinics requesting assistance with clerical operations.
• Provide support to clinics requesting assistance with clerical operations
• Presents at the monthly Office Manager meeting concerning clerical changes and/or issues.
• Responds to requests for assistance regarding work-flow processes to ensure continuity and adherence to policy and
procedure.
• Tests all upgrades and new applications to adjust training, policies, and support knowledge for clinics.
• All other duties assigned.
Qualifications
Experience Requirements
2 years Adult education or other training development and delivery required
1-2 years Minimum of 1 yr. experience directly related to work experience as a CSR / Financial Service Rep required
Education Requirements
Bachelors Education preferred
Travel Up to 50%
