UF Health Leesburg Hospital also offers advanced orthopedic surgery, stroke care, emergency services as well as labor and delivery care.
Responsibilities:Under the direction of the director, the social worker provides professional social service and discharge planning services to patients and families. This position works closely with the case manager, LCSW, nursing staff and medical staff.
