Overview
Full time 40 hours/week | 7:00am - 3:30pm Mon-Fri
Executes and manages the inspection, service and repair of all equipment and systems serviced by the Maintenance department.
Must successfully pass an AHCA Level 2 screening for this position
Qualifications
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements: High school education or equivalent. Prefer training associated with Masters' or Journeyman(s) license or two or more years of specialized education. A master's license that includes a minimum of five to eight years of commercial related trade work experience, or seven to ten years of commercial related trade work experience without a master's license, with a preference of three or more years of that experience in a healthcare environment, including some supervisory or management experience. Technical educational training may substitute for up to two years work related experience.
Motor Vehicle Operator Designation: None provided Licensure/Certification/Registration:
Master's or Journeyman's license preferred. A valid Florida drivers license.
