Key Job Duties:
- Provide patient care in accordance with physician orders, policies, and procedures, demonstrating expertise in pre-hospital and critical care transport. Collect and report relevant clinical and psychosocial data to the RN and ED Attending.
- Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and conferences to discuss patient care plans and coordinate with other healthcare providers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, communicating effectively to promote a collaborative environment and enhance teamwork. Ensure effective communication and cooperation with other departments to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
