As an ED Technician at UF Health, you will play a vital role in ensuring the high-quality care of our patients. Responsibilities:
- Under the guidance of the Medical Director and ED attending physician, you will provide patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures. Your responsibilities will include collecting and reporting relevant data, supporting the RN and ED Attending with clinical decisions, and maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized plans of care that meet the unique needs of each patient.
Requirements:
- Active EMT-Paramedic certification in the State of Florida. Possess one year of experience as a Paramedic. Preferably hold specialty certifications such as BLS and ACLS. Must possess strong clinical skills, especially in pre-hospital and critical care transport. Graduation from an accredited Paramedic Program and a High School Diploma or equivalent required.
