Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed healthcare provider.
- Assist patients with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility.
- Monitor and report changes in patients’ conditions to the healthcare team.
- Perform vital sign measurements and document patient information accurately.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
- Support nurses and other healthcare professionals in delivering quality care.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a Nursing Assistant program or equivalent experience preferred.
- Certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred but not required for some positions.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
