Coaches will work to build relationships with members/class attendees to ensure a quality fitness experience while also identifying private 1-on-1 personal training opportunities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Promote and conduct private 1-on-1 personal training and small-group personal training with members.
- Assist members and encourage member involvement in private training.
- Ensure accurate administration of client programs, measurement tracking and workout programs.
- Focus on CHANGING LIVES through offering superior Service, Science and Sales.
- Be a brand ambassador of UFC Gym and its “Train Different” philosophy.
- Maintain the organization and neat presentation of the fitness floor and training spaces.
- Respond passionately and professionally to requests and inquiries from guests, members and staff.
- Maintain the organization and neat presentation of the fitness floor and training spaces at all times
- Follow IBJJF standards and guidelines.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Brown belt level or above.
- Strong record of personal competition success.
- Knowledge of Private Training techniques from assessment to program design.
- Knowledge of company policies, practices and procedures, including emergency and safety procedures.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Friendly, enthusiastic and positive attitude.
- Minimum of Brown belt or higher is preferred
- BJJ Belt Certificate
- BJJ lineage verification
- MMA tournament record (preferred)
- Grappling tournament record (preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of training/coaching experience
