The UFC GYM is seeking a HIGH ENERGY HIIT Instructor to lead a group of participants through a series of movements and exercises. We are seeking a motivated HIIT Coach to join our dynamic team and help our members unleash their full potential. We offer Adult HIIT Classes and Youth HIIT Classes. - Conducting engaging and challenging HIIT classes for members of all fitness levels.
- Providing personalized coaching and feedback to members to optimize their performance and technique.
- Ensuring a safe training environment through proper equipment setup, maintenance, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Motivating and inspiring members to surpass their fitness goals while fostering a sense of community and camaraderie among participants.
- Proven experience as a group fitness coach, demonstrating the ability to lead and guide individuals and groups effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of HIIT principles, techniques, and methodologies.
- Must personally be in excellent physical shape with the ability to demonstrate and perform all exercises included in training.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively connect with members and provide constructive feedback.
- A passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their fitness goals.
- Ability to adapt and tailor workouts for individuals with varying fitness levels and physical capabilities.
- A positive and motivating attitude, fostering a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere in the gym.
- Plan and develop a variety of exercise routines, choose appropriate music and choreograph different movements appropriate for each class.
- IMPORTANT: Lead the class by performing the workout along with the participants who follow your lead.
